For evaluating BGA, the demand of optical checking by angle view of x-ray penetration image is increasing. PIA-soft CS operates sample scanner, s-ray output, Image processing, Image Measurement, Display, etc. Since the automatic flattery function to follow an inclination picture is added, it can observe without missing a point. PIA-Soft CS starts “Engineer Mode” “Operator Mode” separately. “Engineer Mode” performs various setup and detailed observation. “Operator Mode2 performs observation based on the setting data by “Engineer Mode”.
